Shipping, Payment & Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within Greece by ELTA Courier, to your address.
For orders to Cyprus, customers can choose between DHL or Speedex courier.
Orders within the EU are shipped by DHL.
International orders outside the EU, are shipped by DHL.

When your order is delivered to the courier service, we will contact you via email with your tracking number.

The shipping cost depends on the final weight of your order.

CUSTOM CHARGES & DUTIES

Please be aware that products shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs charges and duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in the product's purchase price. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities for more information on potential fees and import regulations before placing an order. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any further assistance.

Please note that shipments outside the EU, have an additional charge of €6.50 for EU customs clearance, but are exempt of VAT charges.

• Deposit in Bank Account. The payment has to be made within 3 working days from the order date, otherwise the order is canceled.

RETURNS / WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To withdraw, simply contact us by email at info@patounis.gr or fill in the withdrawal form on our site and confirm — you do not need to justify your decision.

To withdraw in good time, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw from this Contract, we will refund to you without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal, all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional delivery costs to the original place of delivery that arise in the event that you have chosen a delivery method other than the basic and less expensive method offered to you by us). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. In any case, you will not be charged any costs resulting from the refund. Without prejudice to the above, we may, however, withhold the refund of the price either until we have received all the products back or until we have received evidence that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.

You will be charged the direct costs of returning the products.
You are responsible for any impairment of the value of the products as a result of their treatment in a way that alters their nature, characteristics and functionality.
